Menindaklanjuti surat Sekretaris Jenderal Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia Nomor: SJ/B.II/1/Kp.01.1/07016/2015 tanggal 04 Agustus 2015 Tentang Implementasi e-PUPNS Tahun 2015 Kementerian Agama, dengan ini diberitahukan kepada seluruh PEGAWAI/GURU agar melakukan Pendataan Ulang PNS secara Elektronik atau disingkat e-PUPNS.
Proses Tahapan Pelaksanaan e-PUPNS adalah sebagai berikut :
1. PNS melakukan registrasi untuk memperoleh nomor registrasi yang akan digunakan untuk pengisian formulir e-PUPNS, melalui website :http://www.pupns.bkn.go.id
2. PNS melakukan pengisian formulir e-PUPNS yang terdiri atas: Data Utama PNS, Data Posisi PNS, Data Riwayat PNS, Data untuk PNS Guru (hanya diisi oleh PNS Guru), dan Data Stakeholder (memuat Bapertarum, BPJS Kesehatan, Kartu Pegawai Elektronik).
Jadwal Pelaksanaan e-PUPNS Kemenag 2015 :
Pengisian formulir e-PUPNS dilaksanakan oleh PNS yang bersangkutan, selambat-lambatnya akhir bulan November 2015;
Bagi PNS dilingkungan Kemenag yang tidak bersedia melaksanakan pemutakhiran data PNS melalui e-PUPNS Kemenag 2015 ini, maka data PNS yang bersangkutan akan dikeluarkan dari database kepegawaian Nasional.
